Cancellations should be made via fax or email, one ( 1 ) month before the reserved dates. .. Non compliance to the cancellation policy You will be charged for the whole amount of the total bill.
Change or cancellation of booking date shall be honored at least one ( 1 ) month before the reserved dates. Less than a one ( 1 ) month of cancellation 50% of the amount of the accommodation should be paid.
Guests will be charged the full amount of their total bill after they fail to show-up on their date of arrival.
